Boll & Branch is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Photo Retoucher to join our in-house Photo team. As Photo Retoucher, you bring a sharp eye for detail and a passion for consistency across all imagery. You are collaborative by nature, working cross-functionally to prep, refine, and deliver assets that align with our brand’s visual standards. With a strong understanding of digital asset management and image retouching, you ensure every image—across all platforms—meets our quality standards and launches on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in the precision and polish of their work.
Key Responsibilities
The annual base salary range for this role is $56K to $85K. It is important to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and the market and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities
- Retouch and color correct product and lifestyle PDP imagery to ensure alignment with established brand guidelines
- Support the Senior Post Production Manager with Marketing retouching needs as required
- Ensure consistent color matching across a wide range of products and platforms
- Collaborate with the Creative Production Team to identify priorities and deliver projects on time
- Crop, prepare, and silo images for Wholesale and Retail partners
- Work closely with the Photo and E-Commerce teams to align on visual standards and asset readiness
- Upload, organize, and manage assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including accurate metadata entry
- 3 years of experience in photography, design, or related visual arts fields
- A strong eye for color and demonstrated expertise in color correction
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and the Creative Suite, with exceptional attention to detail
- Prior experience in consumer product and e-commerce retouching strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a track record of setting and maintaining priorities effectively
- This is a hybrid role based out of our Creative Studio in New Providence, NJ. Regular on-site presence is required two days per week, with occasional additional in-office days as needed based on team or project needs.
