- Partner with the Store Manager to run the store with a shopkeeper mindset — taking ownership of store performance, customer experience, and daily operations.
- Monitor business metrics, identify opportunities, and execute action plans that drive sales, profitability, and community connection.
- Maintain impeccable visual and merchandising standards — recognizing that every touchpoint is a reflection of our brand’s integrity.
- Develop a deep understanding of Boll & Branch products, materials, and sustainability story — using this expertise to educate customers and coach the team.

- Maintain strong visual standards, housekeeping excellence, and inventory accuracy.
- Perform opening/closing procedures, daily reconciliation, and operational tasks with precision.

- 2 years of experience in a retail leadership role, ideally in luxury, home, lifestyle, or experiential retail.
- A natural host with an enthusiastic, welcoming personality and a genuine love for creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong leadership skills — able to coach, motivate, and retain a diverse team of full-time and part-time Brand Ambassadors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to partner on strategy, think critically, and take proactive action to improve results.
- Strong communicator and trainer with the ability to inspire confidence and share product knowledge effectively.
- Experience with consultative selling and a passion for helping customers design meaningful spaces.
