This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Paul, MN, for a Human Resources Generalist. The role involves managing human resources functions including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and administration, and addressing employee relations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training programs, supporting recruitment processes, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and assisting in the overall management of HR activities to foster a productive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Proficiency in Human Resources processes, including HR management and implementation of HR policies.
- Experience in employee benefits and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance practices.
