Job Purpose:
- The Lead 2 at BOLDER ADVENTURE PARK plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests by providing expert guidance and support. This part-time position is designed for individuals who have mastered trainee duties and are committed to delivering exceptional service while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, organize, and lead all of Zone 4 (Aerial) during operation hours
- Complete any daily paperwork needed (DUI, opening & closing checklist)
- Complete check-offs for Guide 1, Guide 2, and Lead 1
- Assist & complete training for Guide 1, Guide 2, and Lead 1
- Assist and complete observations for Guide 1, Guide 2, and Lead 1 every 6 months
- Perform regular and advanced inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain safety standards.
- Ensuring comfort and safety for guest and employees
- Enforce Safety & Smiles & Bolder Adventure Park policy and rules
- Follow emergency procedures promptly and effectively when required.
- Maintain a point total under 10, demonstrating adherence to performance standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures consistently.
- Be available to work at least 4 full days a week ALL YEAR LONG. (Weekend availability required)
- MUST be comfortable working at heights. This position will require you to jump, hang, bent, kneel, etc at heights.
This position requires extensive hands-on training and multiple shadow shifts to ensure you are fully prepared for the role. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Upon successfully completing the 30–60 day probationary period and receiving final approval, your hourly rate will increase to $18.00.
Qualifications:Required Education:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
Required Experience:
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment checks is advantageous
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in safety checks and inspections
- Ability to follow emergency procedures accurately
- Availability to work at least 4 full days a week all year (weekend availability required)
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
