We are seeking an Assistant Manager & Lead Braider who is skilled in braiding, passionate about beauty, and excited to help build and lead a successful salon team.
Role Responsibilities: Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members Conduct employee orientations and support team onboarding Create and manage braiding schedules to ensure smooth daily operations Provide professional braiding services while delivering an exceptional client experience Lead, mentor, and support stylists through coaching and team development Train new employees on braiding techniques, salon standards, and client care Teach new techniques, trending styles, and updated industry methods Assist with social media marketing, promotions, and growing the BoldBloom brand Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused salon environment
Ideal Candidate: Experienced braider with confidence in multiple styles and techniques Natural leader who enjoys teaching and developing others Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented Creative with knowledge of beauty trends and social media marketing Excited about growing with an expanding beauty brand
