A rapidly growing Little Caesars franchise organization is seeking a high-performing bilingual restaurant leader

with the drive and operational ability to grow into a Multi-Unit / Area Supervisor leadership role.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for experienced QSR operators who thrive in fast-paced

Position Overview

This role is designed for experienced restaurant leaders who can successfully operate high-volume stores while

preparing for future district-level responsibilities.

The position will oversee restaurant operations, team development, food safety standards, staffing

performance, financial execution, and operational consistency across locations.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role — candidates must be comfortable being actively involved in

day-to-day restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant Assistant Managers & Crew

• Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-quality management talent

• Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability

• Ensure execution of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards

• Conduct working store visits and operational audits

• Maintain proper staffing levels and labor management

• Monitor food quality, food safety, and sanitation compliance

• Oversee cash handling, inventory, equipment, and loss prevention procedures

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations

• Complete administrative reporting and operational documentation

• Develop strong store cultures focused on accountability, execution, and growth

• Coach and motivate teams to improve operational performance

• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards inside and outside all facilities

Qualifications

Required

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Current or recent restaurant management experience

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Experience in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment

• Ability to work flexible hours/days based on business needs

• Must live within reasonable driving distance or be willing to relocate

Preferred

• Experience with a national quick-service restaurant brand

• Proven record of career progression and operational success

Important Requirements

You MUST:

• Have verifiable leadership success in restaurant operations

• Be comfortable working inside restaurants daily

• Be capable of leading high-volume teams in fast-paced environments

• Pass a criminal background check
