Role: The Travel Cath Lab RN provides specialized cardiac care for patients undergoing catheterization and interventional procedures.
Responsibilities: Assess patients pre-procedure, assist with positioning and device placement, operate hemodynamic equipment, monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, support post-procedure recovery, maintain cath lab equipment, and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safety and quality care.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least one year of recent Cath Lab RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred certifications include PALS, ENPC, and RCIS. Must demonstrate critical thinking, excellent communication, technical proficiency, physical endurance, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
