- Performing accurate assessments and prioritizing patient needs efficiently
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Applying current ACLS and BLS certifications to patient care
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
- At least 2 years of critical care experience
- Valid Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license
- Excellent assessment, prioritization, and decision-making skills
