- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs and physician guidance.
- Perform therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
- Respond to changes in patient condition, reporting to supervisors or physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness.
- Review care plans to identify education, care coordination, and discharge needs.
- Current RN license for the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- At least one year of RN experience preferred.
