RN Nurse Manager

We are seeking a passionate RN Nurse Manager to lead our Long Term Care community. This role involves overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with care standards. Responsibilities include supervising nurses and CNAs, managing resident care plans, conducting audits, addressing complaints, and collaborating with medical teams to assess and plan resident health strategies. The Nurse Manager will participate in performance evaluations, handle investigations, and implement policies to improve care quality.

Qualifications include

• RN licensure,
• A.C.L.S. certification (with a 3-month window to complete),
• strong interpersonal skills,
• flexibility,
  
  

and

• preferably 1-3 years of LTC experience (training available).
  
  

Work schedule typically involves 3 or 4 shifts per week, with periodic on-call duties.
