- Assess patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
- Participate actively in team conferences.
- Current RN license.
- Experience in rehabilitation or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills.
