Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Long Term Acute Care, providing specialized inpatient post-ICU services to critically ill patients.
Responsibilities: Admit and transfer patients, conduct systematic assessments, document accurately, interpret diagnostic data, transcribe medical orders, respond to rapid response and code events, and educate patients and families.
Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification at hire, ACLS within 6 months, with preferred clinical experience.
