Job Summary
Seeking adaptable Registered Nurses to join a resource pool in a community hospital setting.
As a Resource Pool RN, you will provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care across multiple inpatient units, supporting staffing needs during varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Your responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and families.
Qualifications: Current RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience, willingness to float across units, and BLS certification. A BSN is preferred.
Skills: Strong adaptability, critical thinking, excellent communication, and clinical skills.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate ($38.37 - $56.17), 10% float differential, full-time hours, and opportunity for cross-training into specialty areas.
Physical demands include: patient mobility, equipment handling, manual dexterity, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
