Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care under the supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians
- Perform phone triage, manage test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education
- Respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
- Chart in Epic electronic medical records
- Current IL Nursing License
- Graduate of a state-approved nursing program; ASN minimum, BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting
