We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time position in the Medical Floor department, working night shifts (3-12s).
Role & Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Department Director and/or Charge Nurse, provides safe, effective nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
Deliver care to a diverse patient population from infant to geriatric, collaborating with the healthcare team to meet unit and hospital goals.
Ensure quality care following established standards and guidelines.
Willingness to float to other comparable units as needed is required.
Qualifications & Skills
Requires a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license.
Preferred: One year of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
Must hold current BLS certification; ACLS is recommended.
In cases of inactive or lapsed licenses, completion of a Board-approved refresher course and timely application for reinstatement are necessary.
