- Perform and review quality control, take corrective actions, and verify specimen labeling and integrity before testing.
- Accurately conduct low to high complexity tests across various departments, report results, and communicate critical findings appropriately.
- Maintain equipment, monitor supplies, and ensure proper documentation and routine maintenance.
- Work in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, transfusion medicine, and other lab areas.
