Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year RN experience, preferably in hospital settings
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN); BSN preferred
- Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; BLS certification
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to respond swiftly to patient changes and provide compassionate care
- Assess patient status during admission and shifts
- Perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses
- Provide exceptional patient care and address requests proactively
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions and treatments
