- Monitor and report patient condition changes.
- Assign duties, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Provide care to help patients achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN/LVN license in applicable state.
- Preferred: at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation, and must remain current.
- Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
- Deliver competent, quality nursing care.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
