Sr Growth Marketing Manager

Bold Reuse
Portland, OR Contractor
POSTED ON 3/8/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 9/2/2026

Bold Reuse is a full-service reuse platform that eliminates single-use waste. We’ve already eliminated more than 7 million pounds of packaging from the landfill, and we’re just getting started! Our mission is to make the circular economy a reality for any business that wants to reduce its packaging waste.

About Bold Reuse

Bold Reuse is on a mission to eliminate single-use packaging by making reuse easy, scalable choice for stadiums, corporate campuses, universities, and festivals. We believe the future is reusable — and we're building the systems to prove it. If you want your work to matter beyond the metrics, this is that opportunity.

The Role

We're looking for a seasoned part-time Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation, content, thought leadership, and event strategy. This is strategic role — you'll be the architect of how Bold Reuse shows up in the market, builds authority, and converts the right accounts into pipeline.

This role starts as a part-time fractional engagement (25-30 hrs/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time senior marketing leader as Bold Reuse scales. We're looking for someone who wants to build something, not just fill a seat — and we're committed to rewarding the right person with a long-term home if it's a mutual fit.

You'll partner directly with our marcomm team, leadership and sales team to execute. You won't just advise — you'll own outcomes.

What You'll Own

Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing

  • Build and execute an ABM strategy targeting key verticals — stadiums, entertainment venues, corporate campuses, festivals, and grant-funded programs
  • Drive inbound lead flow through SEO, gated content, webinars, and targeted campaigns
  • Evaluate and deploy paid advertising selectively where it accelerates ABM efforts

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Own the content marketing calendar — blogs, case studies, gated assets, nurture sequences, and sales collateral
  • Produce and manage 3 campaigns per quarter designed to attract and convert target accounts
  • Develop gated content (guides, reports, playbooks) that drives inbound leads from our core verticals
  • Build Bold Reuse's thought leadership presence — positioning our leadership as credible voices in sustainability, circular economy, and venue operations

Event & Conference Strategy

  • Identify and prioritize the right conferences, trade shows, and speaking opportunities for Bold Reuse
  • Orchestrate our presence end-to-end — from submission and logistics to pre/post outreach and pipeline conversion, leveraging marketing coordinator support
  • Build pre-event and post-event campaign sequences so every event dollar works harder

Team & Execution

  • Coordinate with marcomms and HubSpot contractor to deliver campaigns on time and on brand
  • Track and report on marketing-sourced pipeline, content performance, and MQL → SQL conversion
  • Bring a clear point of view on what to prioritize, what to cut, and what's working

You're a Great Fit If You

  • Have 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, including time in a senior or director-level role
  • Have built and run ABM programs — you know how to identify target accounts and orchestrate multi-touch campaigns around them
  • Have produced webinar programs at scale and know what it takes to drive registrations, attendance, and conversion
  • Are fluent in HubSpot and understand the full demand gen stack
  • Have a track record of building thought leadership that actually moves markets, not just gets views
  • Know how to evaluate conferences strategically — not just attend, but win from them
  • Can write and brief well, direct contractors effectively, and operate without a lot of hand-holding
  • Care about sustainability or mission-driven work — bonus if you've worked in circular economy, foodservice, events, or municipal/institutional sectors
