The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail, as you will be responsible for entering and managing customer information into our database systems
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer information accurately into the database
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain and update customer records as necessary
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a friendly manner
- Perform quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy
- Generate reports on customer interactions and data trends
