AT&T Sales Associate

Bold & Marketing Solutions is growing in Las Vegas and hiring AT&T Sales Associates for our customer facing sales team. We’re looking for people who are ready to learn, enjoy working with others, and want an opportunity where they can develop skills they can actually build on.

As an AT&T Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with customers and introduce them to AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment services. You’ll learn how to understand what a customer needs, explain their options clearly, answer questions, and help them get started with the services that make sense for them.

Previous experience is not required. What matters more is being comfortable with people, willing to learn, and ready to take on something new.

This isn't a position where you're expected to already know everything.

New team members learn AT&T products and services, customer communication, sales fundamentals, and the enrollment process through hands-on training and continued coaching.

You'll develop experience in:

• Customer communication and relationship building
• Wireless and internet product knowledge
• Sales presentations and needs based recommendations
• Problem solving and handling customer questions
• Account enrollment and customer support
• Goal setting and personal development
• Teamwork and leadership fundamentals

For someone early in their career, these are skills that can continue to be valuable well beyond an entry level position.
