We are seeking a highly motivated, and experienced transactional attorney with business sense and entrepreneurial spirit to join a dynamic corporate transactional law boutique that specializes in mergers & acquisitions, financings (including private equity, venture capital, and credit finance), start-ups, commercial contracts, technology transactions, real estate, entity governance and general business matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and business law, excellent analytical and drafting skills, and a proven ability to manage complex transactions from inception to closing. Qualifications

Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000 annual compensation tied to billable hours and billable rate discretionary bonus
