About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Litigation Attorney to join our growing Insurance Defense practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to gain hands-on litigation experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex insurance defense matters.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions under supervision.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in [Insert State(s)] or awaiting bar results.
- 0–3 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred but not required).
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with insurance carriers or defense litigation.
- Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools.
