What you’ll do
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the hotel’s revenue management goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and guest relations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including front desk and human resources, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting processes related to sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Conduct regular site visits and presentations to showcase hotel offerings to potential clients.
- Manage multi-line phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field, showcasing strong leadership capabilities.
