We use professional systems, eco-friendly products, and a proven process to deliver exceptional results for offices, retail stores, medical facilities, warehouses, and more.

What We’re Looking For
We're hiring dependable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals who take pride in their work and want stable, long-term part-time work. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently without constant supervision. If you're tired of chasing jobs or working for unorganized companies—this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do

• Clean assigned commercial locations (typically evenings or weekends).
• Follow detailed checklists and HTCC cleaning protocols.
• Use your own approved tools (vacuum, mop, microfiber system, eco-safe disinfectants).
• Communicate any site issues or supply needs clearly and promptly.
• Lock up securely and upload completion photos (via mobile form) after each shift.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check. (No exceptions—we cannot hire without clearance.)
• Must have your own cleaning equipment (or be willing to purchase the required tools after onboarding).
• Previous professional cleaning experience required (commercial preferred).
• Reliable transportation to job sites across the Jacksonville metro.
• Physically able to handle the demands of cleaning (standing, bending, lifting, etc.).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.

Compensation & Perks

• Starting pay: $15–$25/hr, depending on account and experience.
• Consistent, part-time work—most shifts under 2 hours.
• Paid training on HTCC standards and equipment requirements.
• HTCC uniform shirt provided.

• We are hiring contractors, not W-2 employees.
• Cleaners with multiple clients or experience running their own route are encouraged to apply.
