Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tempe, AZ. As a Sales Associate at BOLD Carts, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and reaching out to potential clients, and promoting our premium product offerings. Your role will include meeting sales goals, educating clients on product features, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sales, client relationship management, and negotiation experience
- Knowledge of the vape industry or similar product lines is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
