What You Will Do
- Lead and manage major service TQ, TQEI, TQBA projects and other high-profile service activities, ensuring timely execution from start to finish.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by Team before transmitting to Client.
- Attends and participates in project meetings with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns responsibilities for project fulfillment.
- Keep notes, such as job order numbers, parts tracking, estimated ship dates, changes in job, etc. designated software (i.e. Wennsoft or successor platform)
- Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project modifications in alignment with client
- Prepares for project progress reviews. Provides projections, on weekly basis, for the current month. Provides information on project deviations for monthly gross margin meeting
- Monitors project labor hours and expenses on a regular basis.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Minimizes Company exposure and risk on projects.
- Assist in the closeout process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in technical, construction management, or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within building automation controls, general, mechanical contracting, or construction management preferred, general HVAC knowledge
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, strong time management skills, organized
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Mobility within the office and job sites
- Willing to travel locally as required
- Frequent visits to job sites and able to climb ladders
- Ability to lift 25 pounds on an occasional basis
