What You Will Do
- Prepare building performance reports by using HVAC and energy analytics platforms and other data sources, developing insights accordingly, and making recommendations. Detail findings and recommended actions using charts, graphs, and detailed written explanations. Reports must be completed on schedule, on time.
- Perform data collection and analysis on multiple platforms (BAS analytics, Fault Detection Diagnostics, energy analytics, dashboards) for the purpose of improving building performance.
- Identify and develop Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) associated with recommendations, and calculate associated payback.
- Conduct consultations with clients and account teams to review reports and provide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve building performance.
- Participate in account team meetings to align reporting with sales and field team efforts.
- Provide ongoing support to connected sites.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- 3 years of HVAC technical experience and/or controls experience are a plus.
- CEM is a plus.
- Effective communication, relationship building, strong technical writing and data analysis skills.
- Ability to do cyclical, process-oriented work and meet deadlines accordingly.
- Quick learner, self-sufficient, self-starter, analytical.
- Ability to conduct job site visits in mechanical rooms and building rooftops
