Finance & Accounting Intern (Fall Intern): To assist the Finance and Accounting department with Accounts Payable (Service, Supply, Trane, Parklawn).

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
What you will do:
- Accounts payable - assist with Trane Invoice Indexing and Vouchering
- Accounts payable - assist with Service, Supply, and Parklawn Business-related costing (indexing)
- Accounts payable - assist with Statement Reconciliation
- Respond to client requests for invoices and/or statements
- Accounts receivable – support as needed
- Assist with department-related projects
- Other duties as assigned
What we're looking for:
- Currently pursuing a college degree
- 1 year of work experience preferred
- Client service experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in MS Office; Adobe and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to prioritize, and strong critical thinking and listening skills
- Detailed, organized, analytical, able to multitask, enjoys staying busy
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in standard office environment
