Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Salon Assistant to join our team. The Salon Assistant will support salon operations and assist stylists in providing exceptional services to clients.
Duties
- Assist stylists with various tasks such as shampooing, conditioning
- Maintain salon cleanliness and organization
- checking in and checking out clients efficiently
-answering calls professionally with a friendly tone
- Greet and attend to clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Sanitize tools, equipment, and workstations regularly
- Support stylists in mentoring junior staff members
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall salon experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience or training in cosmetology or barbering is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the salon industry
