CATERING COOK’S RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Set up and breakdown of events
- Follow plating demo directions exactly, based on event
- Types of events: Wedding, corporate, in-home, and receptions
- Helping with unloading and loading the Catering Van
- Uphold the standards of Boka Catering and Boka Restaurant Group
- Basic knife skills
- Flexible schedule
- Organized, hard worker
- Food Handler's certificate
- Allergy Certificate
- Professionalism
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift 20 - 50lbs if necessary.
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.
- Stand and walk for the entirety of an eight-hour shift, including moving safely through all areas of the event site.
