Job Description
The Business Initiative Consultant I plays an integral support role in all aspects of business line activities and maintains a high degree of interaction with managers, employees, and business partners across the team. The Business Initiative Consultant I will be instrumental in supporting various business and strategic initiatives such as project management, marketing and communications, administration, client reporting, performance reporting, client experience, compliance, regulatory matters, etc. The Consultant will help coordinate cross-functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives. Coordinates support in the integration/implementation/of programs/services/initiatives with cross-functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
This position is a utility role within Wealth Management and the duties and responsibilities may vary based upon the incumbent’s department.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will coordinate large cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
- You will provide support in the integration and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
- You will be responsible for the ongoing review of current processes in an effort to improve efficiency and ensure compliance. You will also assist in developing metrics and track/evaluate the performance of programs, services, and initiatives.
- You will perform exposure identification and problem-solving to ensure prompt resolution.
- You will partner with leaders and business partners to complete analysis, assessments, internal requests, and projects. Review and analyze data and information including providing recommendations. Complete departmental projects with low to moderate complexity for the line of business, and at times responsible for analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for these projects with guidance from senior members on the team.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Management/Accounting or related field of study and 3-5 years of related experience or 7-10 years of experience in Finance, Management, Project Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
