We are Melanbo OpCo LLC. a franchisee of Bojangles Inc. Our management teams are responsible for the daily restaurant operations and ensuring Bojangles' standards are met in all areas. Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant management including experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P & L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost
- Drive key performance indicators including labor, food and cash
- Knowledge of food safety and willingness to certify in this field
- Develop team members to improve performance and earnings
- Complete daily responsibilities including food safety checklist and inventories
- Complete daily sales report, drawer counts, compile and deliver deposits
- Breakfast and Drive-thru experience is a plus
- Understand your success depends on the success of others is crucial
