Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist with catering orders and help prepare food when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
