Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and entertainment focused Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers along a designated route for historical tours of the city, Halloween tours, Christmas lights tours, and private events such as weddings. This position requires excellent customer service skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and clients.
Duties:
- Safely operate a Molly Trolley bus while transporting passengers on their specified tour
-Operate electronic equipment, take payments, manage riders and groups, entertain passengers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger and driver safety
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks on assigned vehicle(s)
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with entry, answering questions, and ensuring a comfortable and entertaining ride
- Communicate effectively with owner and other drivers to coordinate schedules and routes.
-Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Class C or above CDL required. School Bus endorsement helpful but not necessary. Must have CDL at least 2 years.
-Must be able to pass City of Boise background check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional language skills may be a plus)
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail
