Food Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. We are hiring for lunch and dinner shift. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a clean and safe food preparation environment. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality food service and maintaining excellent guest relations.

Duties

• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established food safety standards.
• Assist guests with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience through excellent customer service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing helpful solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow all company policies regarding food safety, sanitation, and guest services.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
