Boise Hunter Homes is adding an Assistant Superintendent, to join our top-notch Field Team!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Superintendent in monitoring all on site construction activities
- Help in the scheduling of Subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion
- Perform regular quality control checks
- Work with Superintendent to ensure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their scope of work
- Assist in coordinating required inspections with local jurisdictions
- Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate to project team for resolution
- Help maintain daily scheduling activities on each jobsite
- Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team
- Walk all projects daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning
- Ensure jobsite is always kept clean and organized
- Perform job progress and completion punch list identification with Superintendent
What you bring to the table:
- Residential construction or related trade experience preferred
- Construction Management or other related degree preferred
- Thrive in a fast pace work environment
- Self-Starter who wants to produce quality product, perform at a high level and grow in their career
