Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative functions related to construction projects, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Assist in developing and reviewing construction estimates and budgets to ensure accuracy and adherence to project scope.
- Oversee quality control processes by conducting inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the construction phases.
- Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, change orders, RFIs, and other critical documentation.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and construction specifications.
- Monitor progress on-site through regular inspections and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist with procurement processes including tracking materials and equipment deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or related roles within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project management principles, and quality control procedures.
- Experience with construction inspection and site supervision is highly desirable.
- Electrical experience or background in electrical systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or other project management platforms is preferred.
