We are looking for an experience cleaner with some management/leadership skills to be our next Quality Control Manager. This position would be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Leading by example with our CORE Values
- Quality checking all cleans for residential and day time commercial jobs
- Training all cleaning staff and new hires on cleaning standards
- Ongoing coaching and development of cleaning staff
- Ensuring cleaning teams are set up for success each day
- Monitoring supplies and restocking as needed
- Partnering with Office Manager to create weekly schedule
- Support Nighttime and New Construction teams in any way needed
