Join the team at Boise City / Ada County Housing Authorities, dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions to local residents. We oversee a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, multiplexes, and single-family homes. Currently, we are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician with a versatile skill set to address various maintenance needs and a willingness to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform planned and corrective maintenance on building surfaces, fixtures, systems, and equipment.
- Meet daily for clear assignments and direction.
- Foster team effort within an environment of independence and selfsufficiency. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenancerelated tasks.
- Familiarity with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in painting, carpentry, masonry, plastering, and general cleaning.
- Ability to work oncall shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
- Valid Driver's License is required. Benefits:
