Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of event spaces, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and service areas throughout the day.
- Perform routine custodial tasks, including dusting, spot cleaning, trash removal, and replenishing supplies.
- Continuously clean glass windows, walls, and high-touch areas to ensure a polished appearance.
- Support the Operations Team in setting up and transitioning event spaces as needed.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items promptly.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests and ensuring all spaces are welcoming and well-maintained.
- Respond to emergencies and assist in resolving operational issues.
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning practices, safety procedures, and equipment use.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs or ladders.
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
