- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into documented system solutions.
- Analyze and map business processes; identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation or simplification.
- Design scalable, compliant system solutions and support testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize system functionality within UKG Pro and related integrations to support accurate, compliant processing.
- Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and integration development.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address risks, improvement opportunities, and automation potential.
- Support and troubleshoot system integrations, including data flows, interfaces, and error handling across connected systems.
- Analyze and resolve complex system issues to identify root causes, prevent recurrence, and drive long-term solutions.
- Perform system audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews to ensure data integrity and maintain compliance with regulatory, tax, data privacy, and security requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports, audits, and data validations to support compliance and decision-making.
- Create and maintain user guides, internal process documentation, audit tracking tools, and training materials.
- Stay current on regulatory requirements, system capabilities, and technological trends to continuously improve the system.

- Strong enterprise systems analyst experience supporting complex, cross-functional business applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear technical specifications and scalable system designs.
- Experience with system configuration, integrations, and data troubleshooting across enterprise platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting payroll systems and integrations.
- Experience with payroll tax configuration and payroll compliance.
- Experience with UKG Pro or similar HCM platforms (Workday, Success Factors, ADP) or other complex enterprise systems (finance, ERP, CRM)
- Experience creating, editing, and troubleshooting reports in Cognos Business Intelligence or similar tools.
