Key Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
- Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for corporate administrative and IT departments.
- Collaborate with individuals in a variety of departments to record monthly or quarterly accruals and corporate allocations.
- Serve as an accounting resource for account coding and invoice processing.
- Record and analyze treasury transactions.
- Consolidate and analyze company financial and operating data.
- Develop, maintain, and prepare monthly reports for management.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis of corporate department expenses.
- Assist in preparation of supporting schedules for quarterly and annual filings with the SEC.
- Facilitate annual budget completion for corporate departments.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous process improvement, compliance with internal controls, and accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- 2 years of corporate accounting and/or financial reporting experience.
- Must be highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to maximize performance, problem-solve, and achieve results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- CPA or CPA candidate is a plus but not required.
