What are the responsibilities and job description for the International Practice Associate position at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP?
Boies Schiller Flexner is seeking associates with 3-4 years of experience to join our Miami office to work primarily on international matters. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills and academic credentials. Sanctions experience and/or Russian language skills are beneficial but not required. Admission to practice law in Florida (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
The attorneys in our international group provide tailored advice to high net-worth individuals, businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and trustees, helping them navigate an increasingly complex, cross-border economy. They devise and implement multijurisdictional strategies and advise on issues including enforcement actions, global sanctions, trade/export controls, money laundering, asset forfeiture and white collar defense matters.
