As the Brand & Commercial Development Manager for BOHOBOCO • PERFUME, you will oversee and drive the brand’s growth, ensuring its strong presence in the luxury niche market. Responsibilities include creating and executing strategic business plans, managing sales initiatives, strengthening customer relationships, and guiding marketing efforts to enhance brand identity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and improve performance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, TX, requiring strong leadership and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including data analysis and market trend evaluation
- Expertise in Business Planning and strategy development
- Exceptional Communication skills for team collaboration and client engagement
- Proven experience in Sales, with a strong ability to drive revenue and build partnerships
- Strong Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain brand loyalty
- Experience in the luxury goods or fragrance industry is a significant advantage
