Bohmora is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join Bohmora Services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various flooring surfaces in commercial environments.
This role requires a strong commitment to quality and an understanding of floor care techniques, including side by side buffers, buffing tile floors, stripping and finishing tile floor.
How to clean carpets, using different cleaning technics, and custodial services.
The candidate will require a clean driving record. The candidate will be required to drive the company van to and from jobsites.
Monday - Thursday -- Fridays as needed.
5:30PM to 8:30PM
Must be available for weekends.
$19.25 to start.
Paid holidays.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of various types of flooring, including tile, carpet, and hardwood.
- Execute floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate methods and equipment to maintain the appearance of carpets.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and operating machinery.
- Collaborate with the environmental services team to meet the cleaning needs of the facility.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Three Years Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and carpet cleaning.
- Ability to operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds if necessary.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to environmental services.
