What Youâll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned national accounts
- Develop account plans and strategies to support revenue targets and client-specific objectives
- Understand each clientâs unique challenges and tailor solutions accordingly
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing needs with speed and care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services
- Identify opportunities to expand our services and geographic reach
- Track and analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Proactively solve issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- â 10 years of experience in engineering, project management, business development, national account management, or client strategy, ideally supporting national or multi-region clients in commercial real estate development or construction management.
- Strong understanding of one or more of Bohlerâs core service lines (i.e., site civil engineering, survey, landscape architecture, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead complex client relationships and cross-regional account strategies.
- Skilled communicator with high EQ; able to lead conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive problem solver with a mindset for continuous improvement.
