Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. The base pay range for this role is $74,000 – $93,000 per year.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with team members on challenging land development and wastewater design projects in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Hone your technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience
- Assist with wastewater collection system design, pump station layouts, and utility coordination
- Design site plans for recognizable brand-name clients across a wide range of industries
- Partner with your manager to tailor your career path toward your professional goals

- 0–1 year of experience in civil engineering, wastewater, or related design work
- The ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and maintain a strong work ethic
- A passion for design and creative problem-solving
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus—if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it
- Internship or prior exposure to wastewater treatment, collection systems, or pump station design preferred
