About the Role In Bohler’s Wilmington, DE office, you’ll join a supportive team that values learning, precision, and collaboration. What You’ll Do

• Learn AutoCAD and Civil 3D software, applying Bohler’s CAD standards to produce plan sets
• Modify conceptual plans through full construction documents under engineering guidance
• Create and revise detail sheets, secondary plans, and project layouts
• Review your own drawings for completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve drafting or design issues
• Assist with document organization, plan formatting, and digital file management
