Bohemian Bull Grapevine is a place where family and friends can relax in a lively, open atmosphere, enjoy unique and delicious food, and a wide selection of craft beers and cocktails. Our Bartenders will play an essential role in establishing an exciting and unforgettable dining adventure that will keep our guests coming back time and time again. Our Bartenders execute stellar customer service at all times, they set high standards for service and hospitality and they act as an ambassador for our brand in and outside of the restaurant. Bartenders check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations.
They accurately total, process and collect payments from guests using our point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers.
Bartenders also tock and maintain the bar, including beer, wine, spirits glassware and paper products
Our Bartenders will work under the guidance of the Lead Bartender and General Manager and should have the following:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a bartender in a food and beverage environment.
* Craft beer and craft cocktail knowledge preferred, and must have the ability to follow established cocktail recipes
* Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic customer service professional
